Cost & Estimated Delivery Time 
 
Allow up to three days for handling before order is shipped.    
 
Standard Shipping Flat rate, 5-10 business days $10.00 AUD
Priority Shipping Flat rate, 1-2 business days $15.00 AUD

Local delivery applies to suburbs within an 8km radius from two locations, Cheltenham 3192 and  Carrum 3197 Please contact us prior to ordering if you would like to confirm if your location is local.
 
(Please note: Pre orders and manual payments do not apply to these delivery times and may incur longer shipping times)

Return & Exchange Policy

Peace of mind!

As long as our return policy is followed, we will refund you the cost of return shipping up to $10 if your item doesn't fit.

EXCHANGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items may only be exchanged with your original receipt.

  • Exchange items MUST be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume / deodorant or makeup / tanning marks etc.

  • We do not accept returns nor an exchange on SALE items.

  • We do not credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by Little Wren Label.

  • If you pre-order any item(s) with other garments we will send them out in one delivery (once the pre-order item(s) becomes available).

  • We are unable to process exchanges or store credits until your item is received and has been inspected and approved by Little Wren Label.

  • If your exchange does not meet our Returns Policy it will be returned to you and you will be liable for the return postage cost.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are only granted if there is a manufacturer fault on your garment/accessorises, that cannot be replaced or fixed - this is determined by Little Wren Label.
